Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Shopping with plankdesigns.com is very safe. We use the latest in online security technology to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?

A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed; you can feel free to contact us at; info@plankdesigns.com for updates on your order’s shipping status.

Q: Can I return my Plank purchase?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your Plank online purchase for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be in unused condition, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and shipping container.)

To request a return, please email us at info@plankdesigns.com for a "return authorization". Make sure to include in detail, in writing, the reason for your return request. Taxes and all related shipping charges will not be refunded; and all returns must have the "return authorization" number printed on the outside of your package. Plank Designs reserves the right to refund on a per case basis after request and goods have been returned to the Plank warehouse and reviewed. Customers awarded a refund or online merchandise credit will be notified in writing within 30 day of request. Customer will have 30 days from the date of credit award to redeem on the Plank Designs website. Sale events, discounts, coupons or codes are not applicable for approved refund or exchange credits.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A:Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within (7) business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within (7) business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to the UK, Europe, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

A: Absolutely! Expedited shipping options are available and detailed when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM EST on a business day will be shipped out according to the rate at which you have chosen to have your purchase expedited. Plank does not offer Saturday delivery at this time. For special requests or questions about rush shipping, please contact us at; info@plankdesigns.com.

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to PO box addresses.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all orders. COD (cash on delivery) is allowed however all COD orders will be charged an additional $15.00 handling and delivery fee.

A: You bet! We ship all our Plank Designs packages domestically, as well as internationally.
