Today marks the one year anniversary of a day that shook all of Boston, the Marathon Bombings. We continue to stay strong as a city, as we heal in the aftermath of this tragedy.
As many of you know, Plank is a Boston based company, so to give back to our local Runners, we are offering 3 FREE Ridiculous Body Awareness™ Runner's Workshops this week at South Boston Yoga and the Boston Athletic Club.We hope you will join us to learn new tools to enhance your runs, and to honor all those effected by the Marathon Bombings.

The Boston Athletic Club (653 Summer St.) will be hosting two of these workshops on Thursday, April 17th from 6:30 – 7:30pm and Saturday, April 19th from 11am – 12pm.
South Boston Yoga (38 West Broadway) will also be hosting a workshop on Friday, April 18th from 6-7pm.
